The official SAPS fee for a police clearance certificate is paid directly for the certificate itself and is set by the department, not by us. Our fee is separate, and covers the work around it: checking your documents before submission, lodging the application in person, tracking its progress, resolving issues if they arise, and delivering the finished certificate to you.

No — the outcome of a criminal record check is determined by SAPS's own records, not by us. What we do guarantee is our part of the process: accurate preparation, correct submission, and follow-up. If an application is delayed for a reason we can fix, such as a document or fingerprint issue, we resolve it.
